Collaborating with Airbus as a graphic designer during the global pandemic, I was tasked with transforming their traditionally shop-floor-based training program into a 50/50 hybrid guide that integrated virtual and on-site learning. After being briefed by Airbus, I developed a comprehensive training guide that seamlessly combined safety precautions and training content for both environments. This cohesive guide ensured a consistent and effective learning experience, enabling Airbus to maintain high training standards and safety protocols amidst the challenges posed by the pandemic.
